Prospek Baju Import Bekas dari Korea dan Jepang

Jangan disangka hanya baju baru saja yang prospek mendatangkan keuntungan jika dijual. Ternyata, pakaian bekas pakai atau second keuntungannya juga menggiurkan. Indah (20) pemilik toko baju bekas Anugerah Collection mengatakan omzet usaha pakaian bekas atau baju korea, hongkon, atau cina mencapai Rp 1 juta per hari atau sekitar Rp 20 juta-Rp 30 juta tiap bulannya."Untungnya besar. Kalau hari biasa bisa dapat rata-rata Rp 1 juta. Kalau hari libur bisa sampai Rp 2 juta," kata Indah.

Lima tahun silam, Indah dan tantenya, Hendrika Manulung mencoba peruntungannya dengan membuka usaha penjualan baju bekas. Indah menuturkan, kala itu modalnya tidak seberapa besar. Modal utama untuk membeli baju bekas sekitar Rp 500 ribu-Rp 600 ribu per karung. Per karung memiliki berat 10 kilogram dengan isi 700 potong baju.

Selain itu juga untuk membayar sewa sebuah toko di lantai 3 Pasar Baru, Rp 1,5 juta per bulannya. Hanya dalam hitungan hari, mereka sudah balik modal dan mencecap keuntungan."Dalam 3 hari saja, sudah balik modal dan dapat untung. Misalnya, dibuka tanggal 12 September, tanggal 24 sudah balik lagi," tutur Indah.

Pangsa pasar penjualan baju bekas ini cukup menjanjikan. Pasalnya, banyak orang yang menggandrungi baju korea luar negeri dengan merek terkenal namun dengan harga miring. Kata Indah,"Yang belanja disini 70 persen orang yang cari merek dan barang luar."

Untuk pakaian bekas, Indah menjual dengan harga kisaran Rp 5.000-Rp 25.000. Sedangkan untuk tas, dijual dengan harga bervariasi mulai Rp 25 ribu-Rp 125 ribu. Semuanya berupa barang impor seperti baju Korea dan Jepang.

Selain barang bekas, Indah juga menjual barang baru di tokonya. Namun, tutur Indah, barang baru cenderung lebih susah dijual dan keuntungan yang diambil sedikit. Indah mencontohkan, harga tas yang dia beli dari agen dengan harga Rp 40 ribu hanya bisa dijual kembali dengan harga Rp 50 ribu. "Kalau barang baru ambil untungnya sedikit. Lakunya juga lama. Saya lebih suka jual yang second," kata Indah.

Selama bulan puasa, Indah mengatakan omzetnya meningkat menjadi rata-rata Rp 2 juta per harinya di hari kerja biasa, dan diata Rp 2 juta di hari Sabtu dan Minggu.

Meski tergolong desain dan rancang bangun teknologi sederhana, sistem pengering sangat membantu petani dan industri kecil di daerah dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pascapanen dan pendapatan mereka. Sistem mesin pengering ini juga telah disebarluaskan di 200 Desa Mandiri Energi, yang menggunakan berbagai energi terbarukan dalam sistem terpadu.

Petani dan nelayan di Indonesia selama ini telah ***ntungkan dengan adanya kelimpahan matahari untuk menjemur hasil panen mereka. Namun, pada musim hujan, proses pengeringan itu terganggu. Selain itu, pengeringan di udara terbuka menyebabkan hasil pengeringan tidak higienis.

Mengatasi masalah itu, pakar energi terbarukan, Kamaruddin Abdullah, guru besar emeritus dari Institut Pertanian Bogor, merancang beberapa mesin pengering tertutup.

Dengan dana bantuan Jepang, Kamaruddin pertama kali pada tahun 1999 mendesain sistem pengering dan pengolah kopi. Alat tersebut telah digunakan oleh petani dan pengusaha kopi di Sumbawa, Bali, Jember, dan Malang. Sejak tahun 2007, Kamaruddin yang kini Rektor Universitas Darma Persada mengembangkan lebih lanjut berbagai tipe pengering. Prototipe tipe mesin pengering ini dipamerkan dalam Indonesia-Jepang Expo 2008 di Kemayoran, Jakarta.

Pada 2004, rancangan lainnya yang telah dipatenkan adalah alat pengering tipe kerucut, digunakan di Cimahi dan Boyolali untuk mengeringkan pisang dan herbal atau bahan baku jamu.

Tahun lalu dilakukan modifikasi pengering Energi Rumah Kaca (ERK) tipe lorong dari Jerman dengan menambah saluran pemanas. Sebanyak 17 unit tipe lorong ini telah digunakan di Desa Energi di Pulau Nusa Penida, Bali, untuk pengeringan ****ut laut dan ikan.

Alat pengering ERK tipe bungker yang telah dipatenkan juga ***ji coba tahun lalu. Sistem pengeringan ini mencapai efisiensi pengeringan 7 kiloJoule per jam. Dibandingkan dengan cara penjemuran konvensional, waktu pengeringan untuk gabah, misalnya, bisa mempersingkat waktu hingga dua hari.

Selain itu, diciptakan pula mesin pengering tipe ventury dan tipe flatbed, masing-masing digunakan di Cilacap dan Palembang. Berbagai tipe pengering ini digunakan pula di Desa Mandiri Energi yang jumlahnya akan menjadi 235 desa pada akhir tahun ini.
